The human race community is the natural birth community of our human race. All humans are genetically connected through DNA as one species carrying identical inbred desires to survive in the most civilized, peaceful, and healthy manner possible while also carrying an inherited inner belief of having a natural entitlement to basic Human Rights. Therefore, our human race community is a global community of over 6.5 billion humans who instinctively all want the same exact things.

Logic indicates if a community of over 6.5 billion humans stood together as a united human race for the purpose of establishing a global doctrine for "Legalized" Human Rights, which is the critical core component needed to establish a legal value for all human life leading to global Peace, Freedom, and Security, the overall human race will benefit immensely from that united community effort. Functioning within a united and common interest human race community structure gives us, as a united human race, enormous political power with the ability to change our world from a fear based military dominated world to one dominated by global law and civilized order based on legalized Human Rights.

The human race community project deals with the fact that there are certain objectives at all levels of human existence people simply must achieve for themselves. When people finally had enough of oppressive totalitarian rule they took matters into their own hands and established a self-rule style system of government called democracy. The formation of democracy has forever changed the world and enhanced all human life directly or indirectly.

This human race community project intends to establish global legalization for the already established United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights as was originally suggested. The original hope of gaining legal entitlement to the established Universal Declaration of Human Rights has been put on hold for 60 years. The governments of the United Nations charged with completing that process do not possess the authority, the will, or interest to legalize the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Legalizing the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, giving all people on earth legal entitlement to Human Rights, will be the next great advancement for humanity and again it must happen as a result of us taking matters into our own hands and completing the original United Nations objective. This project to legalize Human Rights will automatically be successful, as being opposed to legalized Human Rights by any human would be an unnatural or inhuman act against his or her genetic human make-up. This project creates a totally natural one-sided issue needing only the support of the people to achieve its objective. Further, the nature of this project leads to a personal question for all of us to consider, which is, do we want or do we deserve legal entitlement to our Human Rights or do we continue to leave them open to the discretion or abuse by leaders or governments?
