The Human Race Community Project

What is a Human Race Community?

It is every human being's Natural Birth Community commonly known as the Human Race, where all human beings are internally connected through DNA to the human species while carrying exactly the same core instinctive belief structures. Therefore, a Human Race Community is a community where we, as humans and without choice, are all natural members from birth to death. Today, membership in our Human Race Community numbers over 6.5 billion humans.

A Human Race Community is a community that recognizes all people simply as equal and valued human beings while overlooking the divisions created by Race, Gender, Nationality, or our Social, Cultural, and Religious belief structures. A Human Race Community is a community existing within our natural instinctive Human Rights belief structures common with all people.

What is the Human Race Community Project?

It is a project designed to build a structured and functioning global body with the purpose of representing the common and instinctive Human Rights beliefs of the entire human race.
These common Human Rights beliefs are:
1: Our common and most basic instinctive belief in our Right to "Survive".
2: Our instinctive belief in a natural entitlement to "Basic Human Rights" such as the Right to Life, the Right to Speak, the Right to be Safe, the Right to Family and Friends, the Right to Defend our Families, Possessions, and Communities, and the Right to Work and Reach our Highest Potential.
3: Our instinctive belief we as humans have a Right to Form and Participate in Community Social Structures of our choosing for the purpose of enhancing and ensuring our belief structures, safety, and the value of our human life.

What is the intended goal of the Human Race Community Project?

The goal is to establish "Legalized" entitlement for a Global Bill of Human Rights, which is necessary and needed to establish a Global System of Law ensuring Civilized World Order for our emerging Global Society. If we wish to exist in a Peaceful and civilized Global Society it is essential all people in all nation states are represented equally, without exception, with legal entitlement to the same Bill of Human Rights as all others including entitlement to the same and equal "Right to Life", legal protections which by written law would recognize all humans as equals in our human race community.

The most fundamental element when gaining legal entitlement to a Global Bill of Human Rights is establishing a Legal "Right to Life" entitlement for all humans, which would essentially Outlaw the unjustified endangerment or taking of any human life, including any human death resulting from War, military or gang agenda.

When the human race has established its rightful and legal "Right to Life" entitlement for all people it opens the door for the legal prosecution of anyone, including leaders or governments responsible for any unjust endangerment or taking of human life.

Why do we need a Human Race Community type Structure?

With the current globalization process leading the world to a new global society, it is imperative a new Global Representative Body be established to Represent the Peoples Human Rights and Freedoms. To establish and maintain Peace and Civilized Order in any human society the people and their institutions must accept and adhere to a System of Law. All legitimate social systems of law are naturally designed to provide legalized Human Rights protections for the citizens of that society with the "Right to Life" law being the primary law of that society.

Chaos will prevail, and people simply will not accept or contribute to a society if that society does not honor and respect equally the basic Human Rights of people. All Systems of Law in all societies are based on Human Rights as the means to gain acceptance from the people. Our emerging Global Society will not function in a Peaceful and Civilized Manner until a functioning System of Global Law ensuring Civilized Order is established, thus the reasoning for the formation of a Human Race Community Structure, which would become the Global Representative Body for people's Human Rights.

The fact is, someone eventually will need to step forward and take responsibility for representing the peoples Human Rights and freedoms in our new emerging Global Society, otherwise people will remain subservient to the Rich and Powerful Corporate Structures, which control the Governments funded and supported by people. It will be a more natural fit for women's organizations to take leadership of the movement to establish legal entitlement for people's Human Rights as women are more passionate about maintaining a peaceful and civilized family and community structures.

How do we build a Structured Human Race Community?

The Human Race Community already exists today, but without a leadership structure in place. To build a leadership structure, there must first be a place/web-site/office structure/ organization available where people can consolidate their support. Once support from the people starts growing the leadership structure will also expand proportionately giving it a stronger voice on this issue.

The leadership structure must first offer its outline for how the Human Race Community will function and show how it benefits each person individually and the Human Race as a whole.

This process must start from the grassroots level, being solely dependent on the support of people. Fortunately, the Human Race Community Projects objective of establishing legalized entitlement for a Global Bill of Human Rights fits perfectly with all grassroots, Human Rights, Peace, Environmental, Justice, and all other grassroots organizations goals as well as fitting perfectly with all religious teachings.

Further, as world leaders and governments along with the United Nations and its documented Universal Declaration of Human Rights claim as policy to be working towards advancing the Human Rights of people in this world, this Human Race Community Project also fits perfectly with their stated objectives.

Therefore, with all people, leaders, governments, religions, and grassroots organizations worldwide working together on advancing Human Rights and the freedoms of all people in this world, the Human Race Community leadership structure should encounter no substantial resistance while gathering the support it needs from people, organizations, and institutions necessary to meet it's objective.

How will the Human Race Community be structured?

The Human Race Community will not be designed or intended to be a World Government and will have very specific provisions to restrict it from becoming a World Government. It will incorporate three main departments; One: being an oversight body/assembly made up of one chosen representative from each nation; Two: a Global Court of Law made up of judges, prosecutors, and jurors from each member nation; and Three: a Global Law Enforcement/ Peacekeeping Agency made up by consolidating select military forces from all nations to become the global law enforcement/peacekeeping agency.

Each participating nation will establish and maintain its own national branch office of the Human Race Community providing a place where citizens of a country can voice their concerns or make reports on any Human Rights violations.

The Human Race Community structure will act only as a Global Law Enforcement Agency authorized by the will of people and legally restricted to enforcement of the Human Rights and other Global Laws adopted for the good of the people's Human Race Community.

The oversight body/assembly will function solely as the Global Prosecutor. This global oversight body/assembly will be mandated by the authority of people/Human Race Community to uphold and enforce the global Human Rights laws. This oversight body/assembly (Global Prosecutor) will not be a Congress and will have no legal authority to debate, amend, adopt, or eliminate any Human Rights laws without approval from the world's people. Therefore, this oversight body/assembly holds no power to rule the world by controlling the Human Rights laws of the Human Race Community.

All persons chosen to hold a seat in the oversight body/assembly will be democratically chosen by the people from the country they represent and the people of each country will reserve the right to replace their representative at anytime they feel he or she is not representing them properly.

When a crime against Humanity or against the legal Human Rights of people is committed, the oversight body/assembly will be notified. The oversight body would then investigate all allegations and must show legal cause why an arrest warrant against any violator of the people's legal Human Rights is justified. If clear evidence is found to justify an arrest warrant, the oversight body/assembly will then approach the Global Court of Law, present its evidence, and ask that a legal warrant be issued authorizing the arrest the violator.

Once an arrest warrant is issued by the Global Court, the orders to carry out that arrest warrant would first be assigned to the government where the violator presides. If for some reason that government refuses or is unable to apprehend and arrest that violator, the Global Court of Law will then order its Global Law Enforcement Agency to enter that country and apprehend and arrest the violator. The violator would then be turned over to the Global Court of Law for prosecution.

As common in all Systems of Law the Global Law Enforcement Agency will be legally bound by a very strict set of laws/rules it must follow protecting at all cost all innocent people and properties from harm while in pursuit of any violator of the Human Rights laws. Essentially, the Global System of Law will be required to function much the same as in our Social Systems of Law with a number of adjustments to address border restrictions and cultural policies.

The Action Process

First: As is common and a priority in all social Systems of Law the citizens are required to honor a persons legally declared "Right to Life" or be prosecuted and incarcerated for failure to do so. The System of Law in our Global Society will also require leaders and governments to abide by the same laws that the people are required to abide by or be prosecuted and incarcerated for failure to abide by those law.

Second: Working to establish the people's "Right to Life" along with all other Human Rights is an instinctive natural human process for which there are no logical or moral arguments. Therefore, the action needed to establish a System of Global Law is to start building a base of supporters by openly inviting individuals, groups, politicians, businesses, religions and others to publicly state, on record, their preference for legalizing the people's Human Rights.

The leadership of this overwhelmingly popular cause to legalize the people's Right to Life/Human Rights will encourage all of its supporters to not vote for or support any leaders or politicians, or do business with any business/corporation not openly declaring their support for the legalizing of the people's Right to Life/Human Rights. Logically no leader, politician or business can afford to alienate or offend their support base making it obvious there will be total support for the legalizing of people's Human Rights.

A public data bank will be established identifying in such categories of; individuals, politicians/leaders, religions/leaders, corporate/business/leaders, organizations/leaders, noteworthy persons/celebrities, institutions/leaders, having signed on in support of legalizing the people's "Right to Life"/Human Rights proposal.

Third: When the majority of public opinion supports the people's mandate requiring their government to honor all people's legal Human Rights, a Bill will be introduced in Congress calling for the adoption of a new Law requiring our government, leaders and all others to legally honor the Human Rights and "Right to Life" of all people in this world without distinction.

Fourth: A provision of the new legal "Right to Life" amendment will require our government to assist in any way possible in persuading other countries to adopt and honor the global Human Rights and "Right to Life" Laws. The effort by our government will naturally be supported by the people's demands in all other countries.

Fifth: A provision of the new legal "Right to Life" amendment will require federal funding for the establishment and management of a new Department of Human Race Community. As other governments join, they will be required to share equally, if possible, in the funding needed to maintain the Human Race Communities global functions.

Due to global communications people all over the world will know about the United States government getting on board and taking leadership of the legal "Right to Life" initiative, making it difficult for other governments to take a position opposing the people's legal "Right to Life" initiative. All governments will face the demands of their people as well as people from around the world on the legalized "Right to Life" issue.

Naturally, the "Right to Life" initiative will carry strong support form all religions, therefore it is imperative that the worlds religious leaders be ask to step forward and publicly encourage their followers to support the proposal for legalizing the people's "Right to Life" and all other declared Human Rights.

The Conclusions

Our human history proves that the highest level of Peace and Civilized Order the people can achieve for themselves is found within the Systems of Law the people are willing to adopt and exist under, and all legitimate systems of law throughout history incorporated Human Rights entitlements.

Making the value of human life legally more valuable then money or power will prioritize, thus civilize our Human Race Community.

Ending any War does not stop the killing, stopping the killing ends all War.

Peace is not a gift someone will grant us someday, as no one owns the "Peace" other then mans willingness to exist together in Peaceful and Civilized community structures.

The theory of Peace is simply an abstract vision of our imagination, whereas establishing equal legalized Human Rights for all people provides the physical reality that creates the Peace we imagine.

For the imaginary theory of Peace to become a physical reality humans must develop a physical functioning institution approved by the people who authorized the legal authority needed to manage and enforce the Human Rights laws required to make living in Peace possible.
