THE GOVERNMENTAL QUESTION: Regarding Human Rights

Government structures are included in our human race community because governments are the means we incorporate to manage our individual countries for us.  Governments are nothing more then lifeless written documents needing our approval and life giving powers allowing them to function.   

It will be up to the people in each country to modify their governmental documents to adhere to the Human Rights standards set forth by our human race community.  It is important to understand Human Rights entitlements are not something that needs governmental approval; Human Rights entitlements are something we the people will establish and incorporate into our governmental structures.  

The rules of our human race community will allow governments to govern, but not rule over us with fear and intimidation.  Under the guidance of our human race community the new emerging global society would become a global community of governments functioning in a humane and civilized world environment serving their citizens while adhering to the rules and guidelines of our human race community.  

The Global Bill of Human Rights creates, for the first time ever, a legally binding agreement between all governments because all governments must adhere equally to the same Human Rights doctrine set forth by the human race community.  

This ensures we will possess the same equal rights and freedoms to maintain our own social, cultural, and religious belief structures within the framework of our human race community.  

As a result of our human race community's rules and guidelines our governments will gain the ability and freedom to function in a civilized and humane manner within the global environment without the need for violent conflict.
