THE MILITARY QUESTION: Regarding Human Rights

With legalized Human Rights approved at a global level and with War or other military agendas being illegal because they harm people, damage personal property, or violated Human Rights the need and purpose for military forces will change dramatically.  

The present military forces will be used for the defense of a country within a peaceful world environment or used as law enforcement forces enforcing the global Human Rights laws while adhering to the rules and guidelines of our human race community.  

As all countries will be legally protected sovereign states within our peaceful global community, there will be no need or justification for excessive military forces other then to ensure and maintain a countries sovereignty and meet its human race communities obligations to provide enforcement protections for the legal Human Rights of all the worlds citizens.

In essence all military forces will be converted to law enforcement status able to pursue criminals within their home countries or internationally when requested while adhering to the rules and guidelines, with oversight, from the human race community.

Also, the military forces will be cross-trained to be disaster or humanitarian rapid response forces able to respond to any disasters or humanitarian crises in the world.  Future generations will adjust the numbers of law enforcement personal to meet their needs.  

The documented history of mankind's past chaotic, violent, brutal, and uncivilized existence will serve as lessons for why the future human race should never return to its inhumane military dominated past.
