THE TERRORISM QUESTION: Regarding Human Rights

In a positive way converting to a civilized world dominated by law and order based on legalized Human Rights eliminates the purpose for terrorism as their perceived Great Satin or enemy (the empire building US military industrial complex and its allies) is no longer legally allowed to exist because that system of military dominance violates the Human Rights of the people.  

In a strange way establishing global legalized Human Rights leading to a civilized world could be considered a victory for the terrorists because their Great Satin will no longer be allowed to militarily meddle in the affairs of the Middle East or other countries without invitation by the people of the country and oversight from the human race community with permission to function as peacekeeping or law enforcement agencies.

However, the issue of legal Human Rights also creates a dilemma for the terrorists because any terrorist acts will be viewed as attacks on the Human Rights of the people, which would outrage the human race community.  

It would be extremely difficult for any terrorist organizations to justify to the human race community their theories for totalitarian master and slave forced religious rule was better then being free and living in a peaceful, civilized, safe, and prosperous world based on legalized Human Rights.  

What this issue of legalized Human Rights does is create an ideological debate between the theories of the terrorists human sacrifice system of master and slave rule opposed to our theories of civilized and peaceful order based on free choice self-rule democracy determined by the will of the people.
