THE MISSION: a legalized global Bill of Human Rights

The most important mission of our human race community is to concentrate solely on establishing a legalized global Bill of Human Rights entitlement for all people worldwide.  This will empower us with the legal right and authority to determine all global policies affecting our Human Rights.  Pursuing the legal right to establish a global standard of Human Rights will naturally be a major galvanizing factor for activating our human race community.  All human struggles throughout history have been centered on securing or defending our Human Rights; now with our new ability to communicate and think globally and function as a human being we can realize where and how our elusive Human Rights entitlements can be legally secured.  

Logically, no issue relating to overall human advancement through Human Rights will be achieved until it is addressed and pursued from a position of power.  That power will only be accumulated through our unity within an organized and structured common interest community.  Human Rights are not privately owned entitlements granted to us by the ruling classes; they are natural birthright entitlements belonging to us.  We possess the natural right to unite and determine if or how we want our Human Rights structured and applied within a global format if that is what we choose.

The major benefits of achieving legalized Human Rights will be centered on two particular articles from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.  Article 3 states, " Everyone has the Right to Life" liberty and security of person.  Achieving the legal right to life essentially eliminates all forms of War or forced military agendas as those violent, uncivilized, and immoral actions indiscriminately murder people, which would be illegal acts under a legalized Bill of Human Rights.  Having the legal authority to arrest and prosecute those participating in acts of War or military agenda will severely restrict or totally eliminate those acts, which establishes Peace in this world.

Article 17 states, (1) "Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others, and (2) "No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property".  Since the citizens of a country essentially own the property making up their country, those citizens will have the legal right, according to their legal Bill of Human Rights, to determine who may enter or preside in their country.  Any invasion or trespasses by unwelcome outsiders would be an illegal act according to the legal Bill of Human Rights.   The resources, such as oil, gas, and such of a country would be the legal property of the citizens of that country eliminating any excuses or justifications by outsiders to illegally enter a country to confiscate the property of that country.  Article 17 essentially guarantees the legal sovereignty of all countries eliminating any military empire building enterprises by others because those acts arbitrarily deprive people of their property.

Naturally, the benefits of establishing a legalized global Bill of Human Rights are certainly far reaching.  Most importantly it will establish a legally high value for all human life, thus making murder or the unauthorized taking of human life under any circumstance a punishable illegal act and a violation of the legal Human Right to Life. This one Human Right alone guaranteeing the Right to Life eliminating all forms of War and military agenda will provide everyone with a high level of safety, security, survivability, and civilized order not available in today's world.  

When we gain legal entitlement to our Human Rights the war mongering military industrial complex method of rule by fear and force will disappear because murdering people under any circumstance, including War or any military type agendas will become illegal acts; further eliminating any logic or need for excessive military power other then for national defense of countries applied within a peaceful world void of enemies.

Another Human Right guarantees our legal right to choose how we wish to be governed; establishing the platform for world democracy where we have a right to eliminate dictatorship style rule or any oppressive fear mongering method of rule over us.  Yet, another Human Right ensures we have the right to live in clean and healthy environments, allowing us the legal right to be involved with addressing the environmental problems our world faces.  All the established Human Rights articles are designed to enhance and protect all human life on this earth.
